The bungalow is located just 300 mts. from Puerto Viejo downtown in a quiet neighbourhood off the main road. It is situated privately in the back of a family-owned guesthouse with reception and a large community space.

The sea is about 150 mts from the bungalow, some nice beaches for swimming and surfing are just a 5-minute bike ride away. A variety of typical and international restaurants as well as banks and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 24 hrs before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 3 days before date of arrival.

Refunds

Once you cancel offline booking, the amount will be refunded 5 businness day on cancellation in case if it is prior 24 hours of your arrival time.

The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.

Checkout before 11:00 AM

The regular entry time to the cabins is 3PM, if you arrive earlier and the house is not ready yet, you can gladly store your luggage at our reception in the meantime. Check out time is at 11 AM.

The bungalow is part of a small, family-owned hospitality business, which amenities like room service, Wifi, guest lounge, tour desk and reception you are welcome to use during your stay.

Guests of our property can also access our gym, 100 meters from the house, with a 50% discount.
