Cancellation Policy
- For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
- A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 24 hrs before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
- A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 3 days before date of arrival.
Refunds
Once you cancel offline booking, the amount will be refunded 5 businness day on cancellation in case if it is prior 24 hours of your arrival time.
The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees.
The house is located just 300 mts. from Puerto Viejo downtown in a quiet neighbourhood off the main road. It is situated privately in the back of a family-owned guesthouse with reception and a large community space.
The sea is about 150 mts from the house, some nice beaches for swimming and surfing are just a 5-minute bike ride away. A variety of typical and international restaurants as well as banks and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
The house is part of a small, family-owned hospitality business, which amenities like room service, Wifi, guest lounge, tour desk and reception you are welcome to use during your stay. Thanks to the secluded location on the property your still get a great deal of privacy and quietness.
